- I have the same modem, and had the same problems. In my
- initialization, I replaced the &M4 with &M5 and the disconnects went
- away.

- My initialization string
- is:AT&F&B1&D1&H1&R2&M5&A3&K3X4S11=50S25=60\13. I don't claim to know
- much about it, but it worked for me. Also locate the "Navas 28800
- Modem FAQ" on the Web. It has many USR with Winsock tips.
